Doug is active in the Colorado Cattleman's Association as well as the Coal Mine Association of Colorado. He manages the agency on a day to day basis as well as manages his book of business that is a mix of construction, cattle ranchers, and coal mine accounts.

Rich has been in the industry since 1992.

A one time contractor himself, Rich specializes in construction accounts. Rich is very knowledgeable in Surety Bonding and manages several active bond accounts. Rich is very active in the American Subcontractor's Association and recently finished a 3 year term as president of the association.

Craig has been with the agency for 13 years.

Craig's book includes a variety of construction and general business accounts. Craig is active in the American Subcontractor's Association as well as the Rotary Club of Denver Stapleton.

Donna Thiel,

Senior Broker

Donna Thiel has eight years’ experience in the insurance industry and over 20 years in the healthcare field; 15 of those years were spent directly in the Occupational Health field for Worker’s Compensation Clinics.

She is also co-owner of a mid-size subcontracting business in the Denver metro area. Because of Donna’s combined experience in insurance, occupational health and subcontracting this provides her with a unique insight for handling the worker’s compensation and insurance needs for Colorado construction related firms.
